Chapter Authoring problems

I have 2 DVI clips ' Florida trip march 2007 and Florida trip October 2007

I have sucessfully created a Menu, keeping the 2 clips seperate so that I can choose which one.

I have also created 'Unseen chapter breaks' as i'm burning to DVD+R DL

Florida trip march 2007 (has 17 chapters)

Florida trip october 2007 (has 38 chapters)

Now I have sucessfully got everything working

But When I choose the first option Florida trip march 2007 when this clip ends i want it to return to Title Menu' so that i can choose the second clip Florida trip october 2007

Yet It wont.. It continues into the next clip, as the movie slider has incorperated the clips together (with chapters), even though they are 2 seperate DVI clips with Menus.

If I choose Florida trip October 2007 its goes to the Title menu but not with Florida trip march 2007 . I have looked in GLOBAL DVD SETTINGS and I can't see any options.

I have also used the arrow settings so that clip 1, does't go to clip 2, but its not working

You'll need some knowledge of VM commands. After title 1 ends, add a call to the title menu as the first post command (same as the first post command in the title that works).

PgcEdit can be used for this.

I have'nt burned the DVD yet.. i just use TMPGEnc simulation mode to see how it works

I know how burn DL discs sucessfully create layer breaks, and using Imgburn.

as for doing 'call to the title menu' in TMPGEnc....

is there a step-by-step guide

No idea actually, since I haven't used that encoder for years and actually don't like the package.

I'd just edit the commands as I said.

Others more experienced in TMPGEnc may be able to help with its authoring.

TMPGEnc is so limited on how you want the final DVD to be. Just use PgeEdit like Blu mentioned, just create a post command from Florida trip march 2007 to jump to the menu. I really like PgcEdit
