TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring

I made a DVD with "TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring" and when i play the DVD, the video freezes (only for a second or so) in all the points that are chapters change.
Please can any one help me with that?
How to get rid of that annyoing thing?

My guess is like after chapter 1, it jumps to several dummy menus or something then come back to play chapter 2
