just a little question
i have a prob when i made a mpeg2 with tmpeg (+plugin) i cant open it with tmpeg to encode it again (as some guys say they get better quality throught this).
do i need some special codec?
if yes in which codec package is it included or whats the name of the codec?
does this codec automatically work with tmpeg or do i need to change some things?
