TMPGEnc .bat file possible?

Anyone know how i can make a command line .bat file for tmpge?
so i can add it to my besweet/vcdimager.bat file , goto bed and wake up with a vcd?

I think it can be done because some GUIs (eg: Eazyvcd) seem to do a simular thing.

Note: I dont mean a tmpge batch file.
