Dear friends,
First of all I have 2 mention that I`m a rookie in this field.Some days ago I decided to convert a DVD to SVCD using DVD2SVCD and CCE as encoder..I`ve read all the available guides on the internet.It took me about 2-3 sleepless night figuring everything out, with trial and error of course.2-3 times the conversion did not complete in the "video encoding" stage, without any error message.This time it completed the whole process, but the result is two mpg files, that from a moment in the first part - `bout the 36th minute -, there`s a constant "wavering and fluttering" till the end of the movie.I assume that there might be a problem in the encoding stage, since the first 36th min. have encoded without any visual defect.
I`m using DVD2SVCD ver. 1.1.3 Build 2 + CCE ver. 2.66.01.07 -using BR EclCCE ver.1.4a)
SCVD Subtitles eabled.
Using Simple Resize in The Frameserver tab, AVisynth options.
O.S. WinXP Service Pack 1
Athlon 1700XP CPU
512 MB RAM
I`m saving 2 a app. 7 GB partition. Any memory resident program disabled.All power saving option disabled, also no screen server.
I`ll appreciate any help.
