Cutting SVCD files
Hi there, as you'll soon understand I'm brand new at this forum, but of course I still hope for the best of help. My problem is tha I've got some movies in SVCD(PAL) format, and I'm interested in making/burning SVCD-disc's. In order to do this it is necessary to split the mpeg2 file in three or four parts. I've tried a program called TMPGEnc, but no success. I get this error message, telling me that the file can't be created. If I try to work with AVI or VCD formated files, it seems to work OK. What am I doing Wrong? Is my PC to small? (250Mhz-96ram-10Gb disc) If I attempt playing a VCD or SVCD film on my PC, it doesnt work to good, but allt the films I've created on CD-r's are not affected by this.
Sincerely hope for some advice. Maybe I should try out another software?
