vbr audio problem i´ve found no way to fix it yet

Hey guys..

I´ve read many things about it, but unfortunatelly, is being impossible for me to fix the fourth episode, of the smallville´s fourth season.
Damn... i tried many things in VirtualDub, but no success.

Please, if someone,really have fixed that already, I need this solution.. im trying to burn it do dvd, so.. any suggestion.. i would be very thankfull..
