Is there a guide out there that show you how to get rid of those pesky blocks.
I trying to encode a xsvcd without blocks.
The maximum minutes per disc is around 31 minute. I use TMPGenc to encode. The bit rate is around 3300.
Is there any settings that I can use in TMPGENC besides using the block noise. What filter settings should I use and/or what GOP structure should I use.
I would like to use only 3 disc for a 98 minute movie and 4 disc for a 120 minute movie.
I need help. My HD is filling up.
Thanks
