Need Help Converting DVD's to IPOD using Super

I just downloaded Super and am not really sure how to use it. I would like to convert my DVD's to my ipod. I've been searching the forum for a guide on Super but I haven't been able to find one. If anyone knows of one or could help me in any way I would appreciate it.
