playing kara-ok disc on pc-dvd

playing kara-ok disc on pc-dvd. can it be done?

i have some vcd kara-ok that i want to play on the pc. used powerdvd 4. could not read the cd.

is this a hardware or software issue?

any pointer will be appreciated. thanks.
