VCD Encoded Playback Error

i have a VCD that i encoded with Ahead Nero 5.5.5.1, this made the movie itself go back-to-front and upside-down is there any way to make it go back to normal?
aswell i deleted the original copy of it on my HDD.

please someone help me!
