SVCD having to play at double speed on standalone player
HI,
Very new to all this and have been trying recently to created VCD and SVCD. I have an avi file that i converted using TMPGenc following the instructions and noting that the original file was NTSC format (29 frames per second). I live in a PAL area so when I came to creating the SVCD I chose PAL...
This is all getting very confussing.. I created the disc and when I now try to play it on my standalone DVD player I need to play at double speed to get any sound and even then I have a very jumpy picture!!! What have I done wrong. Should I have not changed it to PAL!!!
