which code is better for mobile decode and encode?
which code is better for mobile encode and decode?
the xvid is perfect on pc
but when move to mobile, the file seems too big
the decode tools i used is VirtualDub.
i know that there is a tool called smartmovie. but i have not used it.
so i do not know how much the size it can decode in a few second.
anyone could give me some detail?
