Hello.
I am currently working on a surveillance system application project, and am planning to utilize Motion JPEG video format in the project. In order to reduce data size, we need to have 1 frame per second. Here is what I'm confused about: Is it possible to have 1fps with Motion JPEG that has the interlaced format? It seems 1fps with an interlaced video will result in poor quality. Do I have to deinterlace the video so that I can have 1fps?
Thank you in advance.
