Use CCE with Adobe Encore, is possible?

Hi, I would like to encode my 20GB uncompressed DV AVI video with CCE SP2, but I can't select it in the Encore options, nor in Adobe Media Encoder.
Do I need to use another software? If so, how can I make the video size to fit perfectly on a DVD5 (I already encoded the audio in AC3 Dolby Digital)?
I'm using Adobe Encore CS4.
