I have some of my movies converted to AVI files, which I would then like to convert down to smaller files that I can watch on my iPaq.
Now, I know I want the file size around 150meg, with a bit rate (?) around 140kpbs, which I can pretty much sort using Windows Media Encoder. The problem is then that when I play the resulting wmv file on my iPaq I hear it but get a blank black screen.
I'm sure I asked about before and found out that the iPaq cannot support above 42000mhz or something along those lines...if that makes sense to anyone?
I can't see how I can set this though, can anyone help?
