I have a few video samples in DV format from two different cameras. Video from camera 1 is encoded with quite good quality at 2000kpbs, while the other looks like **** even at 4000kpbs. Accidently I found that the problem is somehow related to interlacing - if I add interlaced filter when encoding video from second camera it looks good. The weird part is that there is no improvement when I enable interlaced option in XVID codec.
