Hi there,
When i encode a movie in .AVI format (DivX, DV PAL, XviD etc) the movie is much darker then the original except when i encode it in an uncompressed .AVI format then the brightness is normal.
It seems that in some filter, codec or whatever the brightness isn't set to normal but i aint got a clue where to find that kind of setting.
i think it has something to do with my pixel depth / compression like RGB 24 and YV12 etc. (?)
edit: it seems that happens in every conversion not only AVI even WMV files. And it doesn't turn grey when i convert the file into a uncompressed AVI
anyone?!
thx!
