need help with muxing, compressing, combining

Nevermind, I figured out an easier way to do it, but I would like to know, for a final copy, what does anyone recommend of the following?

A. Target size
B. Avg. bitrate
C. Constant quality

I'm using 'HandBrake' and MPEG-4 (FFmpeg) encoding in a MKV with 2 audio and 1 subtitle track
