Very basic question from novice

Will VirtualDub or any of its derivatives enable me to convert a sequence of jpeg images into a viewable movie sequence on DVD-R?

If so are there limitations on the jpeg file size and can I control the replay frame rate before burning?

If you want to make a DVD-Video,then the frame size must follow the specifications for standalone compatibility.
