i would like to subtitle some videos in japanese, but when i try to change the list font in divx media subtitler, if i use MS PMincho (a popular japanese font), and try to change the drop-down from "Western" to "Japanese", after i click OK, the change in font doesn't "stick". in other words, it returns... -

sirs, do you know right codec-(windows) or encoding for russian fonts. I am trying to encode russian subtitles with the mpeg file. But fonts are damaged. xvid 1.2.2 codec is not enough also tried Cole 2k Media Codec Pack. My Encoding program is XviD 4PSP 5.0.

For my vacation I have converted a number of DVD's to an XVID format using AutoGK
I have also extracted the subtitles with the help of Subrip to .srt files.
My problem is that the position of the subtitles is often... -
When I try to embed subtitles, the file becomes TOO large?
I had downloaded DivX Land Media Subtitler and was using it happily to embed my subtitles. Except last time when I tried the file size reched 4GB and told me that there wasnt enough place on the disk....
How do I get my files to be normally sized again?
