When will Blu-Ray and HD-DVD come out with recorders? (and at prices?)

When will Blu-Ray and HD-DVD come out with recorders
(and at prices for the recorder and blank media?)

My main interest is in backing up home movies recorded
on my Sony HDTV camcorder, and possibly local over-the-air
HDTV broadcasts...
