Nero Blu-Ray/HD plugin problems

I purchased the plugin for Blu-Ray/HD support last weekend from Nero's website. Problem is all they sent me was an email with a key and some instructions on how to add the services by inputting the code in the SmartStart configuration. Problem is I still have no Blu-Ray creation option in Vision 4 and no playback support for HD/BR in ShowTime.
Was there something else I needed to download as well that I missed for some reason? Has anyone else had any problems with this plugin?

Yep; I just updated (paid) for the full Premium version at the same time I ordered the "plugin" that doesn't have anything to plug in....
I love 99% of Nero's abilities; but sometimes I just don't get it. I tried writing support back and they gave me the same canned answer that was in the email about adding the serial number and that's it. I was hoping there were others that had worked it out. I can find hundreds of complaints but no solutions.

Do you have a Blu-ray drive? I don't think Nero will show the authoring options if you don't have the hardware for it. If you do have the drive, this might occur because for some reason, Nero isn't recognising it as a Blu-ray drive. Run Nero InfoTool and see if your drive is listed as supporting Blu-ray or not. I don't know how to fix this, but perhaps a driver/firmware update (be careful with that) for your drive might help.

Hey thanks; looks like that's the issue, my drives not being supported.
Funny; I can burn an image in Nero, but I can't create an image to burn in Vision. lol!

Try this:

Start Nero Vision, click on the "More" button and click on the "Configure" button. Check the "Enable all supported recorder formats for the Image Recorder" option.

It might help, but probably not.
