PowerDvd Ultra 7.3 Region Locked ?

Hi,
I've just got me hands on an LG GGW H20L bundled with Power DVD Ultra, and the Blu Ray disk Shoot Em Up (region 2), but my attempts to play it using Cyberlink's PowerDvd Ultra are failing miserably. Initially PowerDvd said I needed a critical update, getting me to download PowerDvd 7.3, which installed successfully. It now won't play the disk back as it says its the wrong region. My PC's Device Manager states that the LG drive is set to Region 2, and the disk is Region 2, but the settings for PowerDvd 7.3 state that I'm set to Region 1, and all options to change are greyed out (even though the lower box states I have 5 region changes left).

I'm also prompted to update with patch v3516, but it just seems to load up the installer and then says "This will remove PowerDVD from your machine". It doesn't actually seem to try to install anything.

Any ideas?

Seems I just had to go back to the original PowerDvd Ultra, and although it wouldn't play the film, it would let me set the player region code.

Once I upgraded to 7.3, the region code was greyed out again, but on the correct region.

Trust me to do it just after I'd posted.

Seems to play okay now. Well execpt for the sound, but I think thats down to my tinkerings.
