Help n Choosing a Blu-Ray reader/Burner?

I've finally talked the wife into letting me build a HTPC and need a recommendation for a Blu-Ray reader and/or burner? The prices have come down and still are falling, but not fast enough and are torn between backing them up onto another disc or leaving them on the HD.

Looked at this one, anyone using this?
