lol i did notice that but then i tried to do an even smaller one and was still told that i couldn't upload animated image

Apparently other people had this problem too and it was fixed by uploading the image to www.imageshack.us and asking a moderator to upload it for you

i have this problem as well, but i'm not looking to use anything animated right now
