i hadn't defragged in 1 and 1/2 years. i did the AMD too! disk cleanup too

system drive once a month, disk cleanup then defrag
3 minutes

I stuck with 98 so durn long, first thing I did with XP was turn it back into 98

old dog/new tricks

I use the old window option because it has a smaller footprint on RAM.

I got this from Power User Setup by Chewy.
