Power Supply

this is the power supply that i got, im haveing problems because it came with a fm connector ( manual said its for the bios to control the fan speed)
i dont have the same connection on my mother board as the fm connector do i have to hook it up ?

your sensor should look like this:

and this one does NOT need to be connected to the mainboard as the only function is the monitoring of the rotation speed

psu with THIS sensor:

MUST be connected as this sensor not only displays rpm but also controls the internal 80mm exhaust fan (which you dont have!)
