    With my Kolance Exos normal (Stage 1 min Fan) CPU temps are at 27c - 30c overclocked from 1.8 to 2.3 hits 45 - 47c (Stage 2) (Stage 3 is too loud)

    Currently my case is open as I pulled the RAID array out of the comp after I lost one of the drives so the other temps are low

        lame/cheap/cool/bang for the buck

        I had just burned up one that ran too hot

        Since I don't game, I googled the coolest/high performance one.
        connect3d(UK)9600XT?

        after reading reviews on the improved core(smaller manufacturing dye)

              that does explain your GPU temps-- its a big step down though from the 6600GT, especially in the DV area. the 6600gt is one of the best "mainstream" cards imho.

                    must be agp as the pci version has 500/1000 as standard

                    agp => 500/900

                        and these links were supposed to show what?

                        that 500/1000 is available for agp as well?

                        or the fact that newegg isnt able to provide proper specifications?

                            it pretty much looks like newegg should better check its pages content:

                            => AGP version ==>> 500/900

                            and only the PCI-E version has 500/1000

                            and JATON, too, has nothing but an 500/900 specification available for their AGP version:

                            ... and the manufacturer's specs prove i was right

                            maybe it's time you verify what you think you're buying at newegg
