Check on your graphic card settings.

Right click on desktop, and select "Properties". From here select the "Settings" tab, and then advanced.

Here you can find monitor refresh frequency: see if you have a too low value.

I'm not sure that this can help, but give it a try.

                Hi photo_angel2004,

Please make sure that you don't place or run any magnetic field generating devices on or near your monitor. The manetic field created by speaker, electric motor, hair blower... can be strong enough to interfere with the monitor and causes image shaking or flickering

                Regards

                    PA,
I had a problem with a florescent light in a computer desk. It made my monitor screen shake everytime I turned it on. I tried a different outlet, but the results were the same. I've never used it again after the first day, 8 years ago. Somene should have known better when designing the desk.
                    Hope everything works out!

I have no idea I put the stick of ram in the slot on the motherboard.
I think my video card has its own ram. How do I find out?

@Cj, there are no flouresnt lanps in my office here. LOL

does the video to the monitor hook up to a card in a slot or the motherboard?

recheck all the connections, you might have jostled something?
                        even a power cable
