How to delete unseen DVD files from my C drive.
Speaking of Roxio, this is currently installed in my laptop( Sony) and it performed a crappy job and was unable to delete the copied files from the temporary files. Now my c drive just bloated 4 gigs more for a file that I can't find
What I can only see are program files, windows, and drivers...and some kilo bits of some icons etc...but where on earth is that invisible huge video file as I can't find it.
Can somebody give me an idea how to sort it out?
Thanks in advance....Last edited by DVnwbie; 11 Jul 2006, 11:26 AM.Comment

I also like to run CCleaner. It cleans out the temp files + other unnecessary crap. Get it here. The best part it is free!
I also like the registry cleaner part because you can save a back-up before deleting anything.Gary D

When you install Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office, it automatically adds "ctfcom.exe" to the Startup list. This is Language Bar feature which uses from 1.5 MB to 4 MB of RAM in idle. To turn it off, head to Control Panel > Region and Language Bar Options > Language tab > Details button > Advanced tab > Select “Turn off advanced text services” under System Configuration

to turn off auto insert notification, look in imgburn under tools/settings/device
uncheck and those pesky sony dvd's and others won't try to play or autoinstall their crap
never trust anything from sony called root
especially with a go.exe fileComment
