do I need a new burner?

had a quick glimpse of your log your burning too fast (16x)go to backup in shrink and enable burn with img burn thats done automatically too...........ps what are you using to rip these files..?

img burn only burns iso images not vts folders the vts folders have to be shrunk by dvd shrink then outputed as an iso image that can be burned with img burn

he's not burning at 16x, the log said 8x and then he tried at 4x, you really should try to read some more threads before attempting this.

your firmware is quite old for that iffy burner, those 16x blanks will be wasted until you update the firmware, whatever the burn program!

deffo upgrade ur firmware, if u have liveupdate then ur sorted. if u use DVD-R's then invest in some DVD+R's, coz alot of players don't like the -R's i know mine doesn't.
