I have a sata drive but to have my mother board or windows identify it,windows wants a floppy installed during a windows setup.Is there another way of getting this done?

This is what i was told i will have to use if i ever reinstall windows, Its some kind of generator for a floppy,or somthing , i hope i will never have to reinstallAttached FilesKeep Plugin awayComment

I did all that i gen. a floppy, the part im worried about is when i go to install, when do i know when to load the drivers? @ mill .... Not positive, but I think that is taken care of in those 7 reinstall discs. Don't think you'll have to worry about the floppy issue ... guess it might depend on how old that box is ?
Edit:
Worse case is you will need the floopy, no big deal, other than having to have a floppy drive installed. F6 is the key when prompted by XP install.
