    Cyberlink Power DVD

I seem to always have a big problem with Cyberlink Power DVD. Everytime I run a DVD through it the software freezes my PC. Sometimes it does it when I move a scene backwards or forwards to capture a shot for a photo and sometimes when I start playing it freezes my PC. I've re-installed the software a few times. Does anybody else have this problem or does anybody know a solution to stop the freezing. It's driving me mad at times. I only use the software to capture and just for that it gives me square wheels to cycle on.

    Many thanks.

    Darren.

Learning somthing new every day. I always used PGCedit for still frames from a movie.

I'm not sure what version it is. I think it's version 6. The disc doesn't say the version and I opened the software and checked under Information. There's no sign of the version number. As I was saying, I'm sure I have number 6.

Windows Movie Maker 2 also freezes my PC a lot but not as much as PowerDVD.

              Many thanks.

              Darren.
