you could use "speedfan" or "everest" to monitor temperatures, fan speeds and many more

If you can get the fan out try cleaning the fan and heatsink, but I beleive jm1647 is right.

          Howdy!

Replace the fan. The fans used in laptops and desktop PC's have nylon bushings, and when these wear down to a point, they no longer keep the armature centered along its axis, making it "wobble" to a point where it not only makes annoying noise, it slows down the rpm of the fan, and in turn does not move air correctly and in turn, PC becomes hot.

          Here..I will fix it!
