That is pretty good and you cant get any better then an A well an A+ I guess. LOL

Have your teachers write a note to your dad saying that your grades are up.

I would be proud of my son for a report card like that.

Heck I was proud of the last 2 he brought home all A's and B's except in insane classes that doent matter.

His last repost card he brought 2 of his B's up tp A's and he still played with his PS2 LOL

Your dad just wants the best for ya Danny nothing wrong with that.

IMO the worse place for a kid to have a PC.

And Dad having to ask Mom isn't too good either, I'd have it in the sun room in a heartbeat

Not preaching but you were on here a long time yesterday and off to an early start today. Sounds like your on the verge of getting into a jam with your Dad.

I have a 4 year old grandson and he tries to get over every once in a while but gets stopped quick.

But if I want to go into computers, what on earth is wrong with wanting to spend a lot of time on it?

There are limits though, Yes I think its good to spend some time on a pc but not too much time.

My grandfather always had me working on computers when I was a kids (Granted they were a lot different back then) he wanted me to up on technology but there were limits too.

Too much of good thing can be bad too.

Yeah but surely more than an hour and a half?
My mom was like "yay!" when I told her I got 100% on my English test... but she still enforces the computer limit... WTH?

I always wished there were computers around when I was a teenager, but now I'm not so sure.

All we had to do was chase women around.

See, I would rather spend my time on computer than chase girls. LOL. I don't see the point in high school, it's not like you can do much if you know what I mean
Plus, I freeze up around girls, but why am I sharing that?

I need the computer issue figured out, before I lose my computer! I could always tell my parents if they take my computer away no more free tech support for them... I can make one of those Dell-ish cards that says $75 per support session, hey that's cheaper than Dell!

That would be a sure way to have the computer removed.

Chasing women or computers? No brainer I vote for the chasing part, of course you can only catch the slow ones as you get older.

Have you ever paid for a decent hotel room, paid for all your meals every day, laundry and dry cleaning bills? Go ahead charge them for tech support
