Sorry, but I had to post my custom build, just to remoind you why it feels so good to use that cc.

The trick to any good cooling is unrestricted airflow.
I took great pain in laying out this build.
I made a custom wire harness for the 3 WD hdds and routed the sata cable around the front and through the side, where I cut holes and grommetted them for wire management.
I used a modular powersuply as well, to limit the amount of wires.

Most case fans have piggyback molex connectors, so you can use those between your hdd power cable if need be.

this was a labor of love, right down to the interior paint.

Thanks, it truly was a labor of love. I planned this build out for months.

Every time I start looking at these photos, it reminds me of how much time I put into it...

like this one.... can you see the mod performed in this one?

Great looking case there Bud. Is that larger than UnCaS's? That modular power supply is a godsend. Waiting for mine.

Yeah, I think I see what you mean by the mod work on that last foto. You cut out the whole back near the bottom to get pure airflow out the back w/the fan and psu correct?

No, the Antec 900 comes with the opening at the bottom for the powersupply. The newer Antec 1200 came out a few months after I got this one, and I wish I had known about it, it;s a wonderful cases as well. The mod in that last photo is setting just to the left of the powersupply. The USB ports...... I couldn;t see taking up a whole expansion slot for that. There is just enough room behind the powersupply (with a little cutting) to fit a usb assembly. Looks like it belongs there, imo...lol.

Helluva setup ypu got there Bud. Looks almost like you have a xtra mobo or 2 in there. Had to look twice. Now I see they're some hi-power graphics cards or something huh. You know that wouldn't be a bad idea hooking up some custom large case w/2 mobos and the whole works. Prolly could be done too. Well that's why we build them. Cause we can. I seriously doubt I would go out and buy another computer after building mine. If anything it would be a Mac, and I'd have to need it to really get it.

MACs have some good sides to them but dont think you will be able to find nice video conversion tools for a MAC - there arent half as many decent tools as we have available for win

i have used a macbook for quite some time but i wouldnt want my pcs replaced by macs!

Thnx UnCaS. Yeah I researched that a while ago. That's why I said if I needed one. The only guys I know that do Macs are some friends of mine into the music business, and I know some into graphic arts also. I'm just going to enjoy this XP Home while it still has life. Then it'll be w/e version of Windows that's stable and out at the time near the end of it's life. Hopefully Windows 7 or w/e will prove to be the cure to what headaches Vista has given until now. Lol...
