Using the 'scene cleaner' tool in Photoshop Elements, I was able to remove the woman in the red top totally, including her shadow in the window, from a photo I took of my wife. This was in front of a little store in the desert in Dolan Springs, Arizona on the way to the grand canyon.
Fortunately, I had a 2nd image of the store front that is needed.
