User CP - why arent my threads showing up?

Just wondering why they threads I have subscribed to are not showing up in my user CP like they used to ?? Makes it harder to find .....

Did you click on the "view all subscribed threads" link? By default, it only displays subscribed threads that have been updated in the last X number of days or something like that. Here's the direct link to view all subscriptions:

I just joined today and I need more help than that.
I can't locate anything to let me create a thread anywhere.
Can i get some direction?

Go to a forum that allows new posts (most of them do), the "New Thread" button is on the top left of the page, coincidentally just underneath the "User CP" link.
