It works with "Image files" thus it's name
Such as .IMG, .ISO, .NRG just click on the "Files of Type" dropdown to get a list of all the Image Formats it supports.

What sort of files does DVD2one output? VOB/IFO/BUP or ISO?
ImgBurn burns ISOs and definitely not VOB/IFO/BUPs. To make an ISO from VOBs etc, use ImgToolClassic, available from www.coujo.de

I've never used DVD2one, and their website contradicts itselfDVD2one does not deliver an image for a specific recording software, but dvd compliant files instead.

No, it takes your output files which is in VOB/IFO/BUP format and makes them an ISO, so you can burn with ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter.

thanks, it sounds like i would have an extra step when burning then , most of the vidieo TS files {VOBIFO} movie only files end up around 5. somthing GB ,to big for a dvd5. does that sounld correct to you or am i missing somthing. first i have to decrypt than shrink with dvd2one then use image tool and then image burn? the only time i can get a mds file that image burn will except is when dvdd sees it as a single layer do u follow me?Keep Plugin awayComment

Including MKISOFS into the DVD2oneX resourceFirst download the mkisofs file and place it somewhere on your desktop. (ctrl click -> download linked file as) if you're browser fails to download the file) mkisofs is a part of the open source CD-record software maintained by Jörg Schilling.
After downloading, double click the .sit archive and extract the mkisofs file, then select the DVD2oneX file (not the shortcut on the launcher but the actuall file) with the ctrl key pressed (or if you have a 2/3 button mouse right click the icon) and select the option show package contents.

Here's the mkisofs file
mill, sorry that was taken from the DVD2one website, the .sit file is a Mac compression format I think.
Please tell us which version of DVD2one you are using, since you might not need it. In the meantime I'll find the link to mkisofs.
edit: I've uncompressed the file from mkisofs.sit and then compressed it as mkisofs.zip and uploaded it to these forums. You can download it directly from the link below, then unzip it to your desktop and follow the instructions from the DVD2one page from that point. OR you can do as blutach suggested earlier and download the ImgToolClassic from the link he posted. If you use ImgToolClassic to create the ISO you need to make sure the folder with your dvd files (the output from DVD2one) is under 4.37GB or else it won't fit on a DVD.
good luckAttached FilesLast edited by Taelon; 17 Oct 2005, 06:45 AM.
