NEC3550A ? bitsetting revisit

    I flashed the NEC 3550 to the 1Y6 firmware and was able to bitset using CD Speed, no problems.

    I just decided to bitset to DVD-ROM so that the back-ups would be most likely compatible to almost all DVD players. The +Rs have been for the most part, but once in a while at a friends house or at a relatives that have generic or older players the +Rs had a few issues that booktyping to DVD-ROM fixed.
