IFO/BUP 32K Padding

Any adverse effects from editing with 32K padding on in pgcedit and then building the image with IB with IFO/BUP 32K Padding ticked?

Should you un-check IFO/BUP 32K Padding in IB if pgcedit had it enabled?

This goes for either DVD5 or DVD9 images...

I dont think there would be an adverse effect, each of the software checks for 32K padding and applies it only if it does not find it. So if the 32k pad is already seen between the IFO/BUP, no action is taken on that.

No adverse affect whatsoever. ImgBurn runs its own routine.

Keep it checked in ImgBurn would be my suggestion.
