Imgburn - I/o Error - Worked On Several Dvds Before, Now Error Message.

Hi all!
I've recently had a problem with ImgBurn.
I have had the same error message come up, but I fixed it by reinstalling my burner's firmware off the website.
Now the error comes up even though I reinstalled it again.
The burning starts but it stops mid-way.
What can I do to fix the problem.

You either got a bad disk, bad writer or your writer doesn't like the disk.

Yes. I was thinking my writer doesn't like my disc, because its a Verbatim disc and I highly doubt the disk is bad and the writer is a good one as it has never had a problem before.
Any way I can fix the problem?

Try burning nearer the rated '16x' speed. Your drive might be better optimised to burn that (decent) media at faster speeds rather than slower ones.

Check the discs for dust etc before using them too.
