The multi-angle bit has been reworked for the next release (2.2.0.0) of ImgBurn. That was a mistake on my part - only the first cell in the angle block should have been available as an option.

I confirmed it with bete version, and change log says "Changed: Only the first cell in an angle block is now shown as a potential layer break."
But when I comfirmed now, the first cell in an angle (and interleaved) block is not shown.

Thanks for the great program and new ver.2.2.0.0.

Change log says "Added: Ability to preview Cells in the Build mode's 'Create layer break position' dialog box (or doing it via Tools -> ISO -> Display IFO Layer Break Position)."
But I can't use it well. When I use, Tools -> ISO -> Display IFO Layer Break Information (not position), and I can see only selection of ISO file. What's wrong? Please help.

Once you select the iso, if the program can find any layer break positions, it'll display them in a window.

Remember that if you're working directly with an ISO, it must have already been built so that a cell lines up properly on an ECC boundary. If none do, it wont find any potential position.

The preview thing is just another button in the normal dialog window.

Look at the screenshots page on the ImgBurn website for an example.

Build mode also has the preview feature and it should be easier to see it in that - i.e. using the same bunch of files you were working with the other day when we spoke!

I've not noticed, and noticed now left-click -> preview.
I misunderstood to use Tools -> ISO -> Display IFO Layer Break Information(Position) in Build mode.

I believe ImgBurn's preview is a bit different to the other ones.

It shows 2 cells, the 2nd of which is the one you've selected in the GUI.

The first is what would play before it - so hopefully as it goes from number 1 to number 2, you can see exactly where the LB 'glitch' would be.

Thanks for the explanation.
It is nice feature, I can confirm how the LayerBreak point is replayed.

But when preview the cell which is just after multiangle(interleaved)-cell, the cell which is not shown in list is not previewed.
So It is impossible to confirm how the LB is replayed.

Preview might not be perfect, especially for cells in angle blocks or ones that are interleaved.

If there's an interleaved cell before the LB position you select, I have no idea what'll happen, it'll probably be all over the place.

To be honest, that doesn't really bother me! You can get the rough idea and that's better than nothing.

Interleaved cells and angle block are what I call special cases. If it works ok for the majority, that's good enough for me.

Are Cell 22,24,29,31,33 and 40 called as the first cell of multi-angle? Do I mis understand?
These are not shown in list.
(I prefer the feature like this.)

Here is the information. When preview cell 35 and cell_29-34 are not shown because of multi-angle, Cell 28 and 35 are replayed.
Even if it is so, this feature is very nice. Thanks very much.

28 is probably the first in the angle block, 35 is the first after it.

So in theory, as you only play 1 angle at a time, 28 should flow into 35 anyway - no ?

You just don't get to see what the other angles look like.

In this figure, cell 29 to 34 are multi-angle cells, cell 28 and 25 are not multi-angle cells.

Other previews are same as this about multi-angle.

I have copied that post here (it is post 10). It might be easier to follow (at least for old men like me) if the discussion was in one thread.

An interesting discussion would be whether LB points should be offered at the start cell of an angle block, too (although I can not recall a DVD with an LB at that point).
