shrink wont copy

Can someone please explain in a step by step manner how to incorporate imgburn into the shrink program to enable me to copy again with the shrink program

It says dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file "D:/" Overlapped i/o operation in progress.

It has stopped after 38%.
