Why don't both burners show in Destination box

When I click the dropdown "Destination" box only one of my two burners show up - and it's not always the same one. Would appreciate knowing why this is.

Heaven knows I'd be the last guy to enlighten anyone - particularly on a program with which I'm a relative novice, and most certainly not to the god who created it!!

Anyway, in my case the solution was fairly simple. I removed the blank dvds from both drives, closed the program, loaded a blank in the drive which previously had not shown in the destination box, opened the program, and the drive showed in the drop-down box. I have absolutely no idea why it hadn't shown before, but this solved my problem.

Keep an eye on the log window if it happens again.

It'll tell you if there's been a problem accessing one of the drives.
