Layerbreak choice?

Nothing to worry about. Your graph is in spec.
Some people might say keep the whole VTS on one layer. Others might break at the BUP like you have and so keep the IFO and BUP on different layers to maximise chances of being read.

The one you pick has nothing to do with the burn quality anyway - well, other than normal differences between the quality at one end of the disc and the other.Comment

I just stared using build mode a few weeks ago on a regular basis for DL. When I have choices of greens to make, I normally choose BUP @ 50/50 but I have been getting these spikes as in the pic I posted right where the layerbreak is. On my last DL burn that I just posted in DQ scan thread, I didn't have a choice there was one in VTS @ 50/50, it burned & the scan came out showing no such spike. So I checked back through a few DL scans & found another one where I had chosen VTS @ 50/50, again no such spike, but everytime I have chosen BUP, there is that spike. I haven't tried choosing one in an IFO yet but I will. Again I am no pro but is there any reason why this happens? Is the best choice always in VTS? I am not talking quality of burn here, just the layerbreak.

The type of file has nothing to do with the scan.
