Error while trying to burn in a DL DVD

Hello guys, sorry for my first post being a problema... I hope you guys can help me, I already lost 4 DVDs this way...

I tried Verbatim, Multilaser, Philips and Memorex...
The error appears near 40-50%

2. Is it slaved to another drive?
