    Xbox 360 Back-up Burn Issues

Hello, I am no exactly new here, I have been reading the posts here for a while now, but then I finally had a reason to post, so here it is.

Story: My house was broken into about a week ago and the only things missing were my ps3 games. So, i changed all the locks and I cant get any fancy security system where I live, but I tried my best. Thankfully my xbox 360 games were in a different room, in a closed cupboard. But, I know that I can back up my games, I just never had a reason to, but now I do. Hence, why I am voicing out now.

Situation: Alright, my xbox has been correctly been flashed, as tested with a friend who has done the same thing. My issue is, burning the games. I have them successfully saved as ISO (with DVD file too) and I have both CloneCD AND ImgBurn.

Problem: I have tried both, CloneCD just froze my computer, locked up all my applications, and forced me to restart.

ImgBurn has been a little more helpful, and provided me with an error window: http://img520.imageshack.us/my.php?i...0430502nb3.jpg

    And the log shows this:
W 18:35:33 Potential 'ReadBufferCapacity' Deferred Error - The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
W 18:35:33 Failed to Write Sectors 32 - 63 - Reason: Power On, Reset, or Bus Device Reset Occurred

I think I provided everything short of a DxDiag log, but I can't imagine that being needed. Please, I respectfully ask for any tips or help that may be given, I am decently computer literate but no genius at it or anything, so please explain if it is complicated. I thank you in advance, and I apologize if this is there wrong place for this.

This will come down to the controller the drive is connected to and the drivers in use.

What do you see listed in Device Manager under the IDE/ATA controller branch and also the scsi/raid/storage controllers one?
