How Use ImgBrn With DVDD Files?

After decrypting a DVD with DVDDecrypter, how does one use ImgBrn to make a copy?

I know there are about 20 guides out there, many of them in this forum. I"ve looked through most of them. They're mostly all about 10 pages or more long, they're filled with undefined terms like "ISO" and "Image," they're all obscure, unclear, and round-about.

I'm looking for the layman's quick guide without any undefined technical terms. Which button(s) do I push? Thank you in advance.

I just started a backup burn with DVD Shrink, because all that requires to make it work is clicking on "Backup."

I noticed it said it's going to make an ISO Image and then burn with ImgBrn. When using ImgBrn directly after DVDD, does one have to make an ISO file? And if so, how does one do that?

Partly I'm interested in making a copy on a DVD-9 DL disk with no compression. If that matters.
